SkyX is built for governed AI automation. The goal is useful business output with clear human control, not uncontrolled automation.
Human approval
AI departments can draft replies, prepare actions and recommend next steps. Sensitive, commercial or high-impact actions can require human approval before anything is sent or changed.
Audit logs
Important actions should be traceable. SkyX workflows are designed around logged activity, decision history and reviewable outputs so teams can understand what happened.
Escalation
AI workers escalate unclear, risky or out-of-policy situations to a person. Escalation rules define when the AI stops and when a human takes over.
Data controls
Departments should only use the data, systems and actions they are approved to use. Access can be limited by role, workflow and autonomy level.
Autonomy levels
SkyX uses L0-L4 autonomy levels to define what the AI can do: observe, draft, act after approval, complete routine approved work, or operate under strict emergency rules.
What AI can and cannot do without approval
AI can handle defined repeatable work, prepare responses, triage enquiries and complete approved routine tasks. It should not make major commercial commitments, override policy, expose sensitive data or take high-risk action without explicit approval.
