Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time charges payable before service activation. Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts exceeding 30 days.
We aim to complete onboarding within 48 hours of receiving all required information from you. Delays caused by incomplete information, missing credentials, or non-responsive contacts are not covered by our onboarding guarantee. We are not liable for content published without review. All AI-generated content requires your approval before publication unless you explicitly enable auto-publishing for specific content types.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor for personal data you provide to us for AI training. You remain the data controller. Each tenant's data is logically isolated from other tenants. We use UK-based servers and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.

We target 99.5% uptime for the SkyX platform, measured monthly. Planned maintenance windows (typically Sunday 2am-6am UK time) are excluded from uptime calculations. We will notify you of planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance. Unplanned outages are addressed on a best-effort basis with priority given to revenue-impacting services.
Content generated by our AI for your business belongs to you. The SkyX platform, its architecture, code, training methodologies, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Thynkr Systems Ltd. Your business data, brand assets, and training materials remain your property.
White-label clients may resell SkyX services under their own brand. You are responsible for your end-client relationships, billing, and support. You may not represent yourself as the builder or owner of the SkyX platform. Client data isolation applies equally to white-label sub-tenants. You are liable for your end-clients' compliance with these terms.
API management clients grant us access to register, monitor, and manage third-party API credentials on their behalf. We store all credentials encrypted (AES-256). We are not liable for changes to third-party API terms, pricing, or availability. You are responsible for ensuring your API usage complies with each provider's terms of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Setup fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay invoices for more than 30 days, or use our services in a way that threatens the security or availability of the platform for other clients. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
